MY BACKGROUND

Hailing from Southern Montana I have always felt serenity in remoteness, at ease in nature, and innately drawn to the visual environment that surrounds me. And although I have spent the majority of my life living in Billings Montana, I would say I was raised outdoors, at our family cabin in a remote area South of Dillon.

Design and composition has been a passion of mine for as far back as memory serves. Around 2015 I started making an attempt to document objects and environments in pleasing compositions using my camera phone. In the following years, my interest in photography continued to grow. This lead me to acquire an entry level Olympus E-M10 in 2021. Unfortunately, the E-M10 lasted only long enough for me to desire more sophisticated equipment; it ceased to function after a mishandling in 2022. Which lead me to purchase my current professional line camera, an Olympus E-M1 ii. Since then I have slowly accumulated top-of-the-line PRO lenses covering 7mm (ultra-wide) up to 600mm (tightly zoomed-in).

 

I want to continue to see growth in my photography, which has been the catalyst of this website. With a background in design and architecture, and an eye for aesthetics, I would delight in the opportunity to assist in your project.
